AIS Technology assists the Independent Insurance with integration in order to leverage the strengths of automation while preservice agency independence.

Members of AIS Technology began assisting Independent Insurance Agencies with their automation needs in 1998.  Over the years, our services have greatly expanded.  Early years saw our consultants providing Microsoft desktop and Applied Systems support, but quickly we increased our support and began working with other agency management vendors and implementing new computer technologies and software.  In order for our services to continually complement the needs of the ever-changing insurance market, AIS offerings continue to evolve.

The experience of our consultants enables us to manage everything from small agency technology support to complex installation projects.  We can troubleshoot issues over the phone, or on site.  Our consultants are available for project work, automation design, training, and troubleshooting issues and problems.  Frequently implemented projects include TAM installations, upgrades, imaging workflows and e-mail integration; design, implementation and network support; Novell to Microsoft network migrations; Microsoft server installation, upgrades and support; desktop (hardware) installation and upgrades; Anti-Virus software installation and remote office connectivity.
