A "Scope of Work Definition" which outlines the details of your project, responsibilities and estimated costs is provided to you when projects are identified. Agencies are billed the actual time worked, not per day or per project. It is not uncommon for a project to come in "under scope," meaning our invoice is less than the estimated costs.
